Learn more about us

Why choose us?
We manufacture enameled cookware for various types and purposes. We specialize in traditional enameling of kitchenware and pots, but our product range also includes everyday items such as bowls, containers, and other home accessories. We specialize in the production of enameled steel cookware using traditional production methods. We offer only high-quality products and accept no compromises. We are passionate about ancient craftsmanship and a classic approach to enamel. We provide top-quality products, crafted by experienced professionals.
Enamelling
We specialize in the production of wet, basic (primer enamel) and opaque enamel masses in a wide range of colors. We are one of the few, if not the only, companies in the world to offer such a wide range of enamel colors for sale. Our enamel is produced exclusively from natural mineral resources, such as iron, quartz, clay, and feldspar, and is quality-tested in certified laboratories, ensuring its sale and food contact approval. At our facility, we use basic enamel application methods, such as spray coating and manual application. It is during the firing process of enamel in our enamel kilns that objects acquire their irreplaceable health, aesthetic, and functional properties.
What is joining steel elements?
Our machinery allows us to perform various types of operations, such as punching, expanding, drawing, drawing with rewinding, trimming, bending, and spinning of extrusions. Joining steel elements involves welding the material together using a heated copper electrode. There are two types of joining methods: spot welding and linear welding. Point welding is the most popular method, connecting two steel elements at separate points. There are three types of joining methods: double-sided single-point welding (the most common), double-sided two-point welding, and single-sided single- and two-point welding. Line welding involves joining along a line. This method is primarily used for joining thin sheets in products such as buckets.
Advanced enamel processing
Our machinery allows us to perform various types of operations, such as punching, expanding, drawing, drawing with rewinding, trimming, bending, and spinning of extrusions. Our technological processes include the production of extrusions of various diameters and shapes. Using stamping, spinning, or expanding methods, we produce products with conical, concave-convex, oval, rectangular, and square surfaces, and more. We also offer discs of various diameters for sale.
Professional degreasing of enameled products
Degreasing is simply the removal of various contaminants (oxides, foreign bodies, etc.) from the surface layer of steel. This is an extremely important step in many industrial processes, allowing for a clean and smooth surface for enameled products. Dishes prepared in this way can be successfully used in various further technological processes, including those related to the production of food-grade cookware.
